The application does not store full email contents beyond what is required for rule matching and alert delivery.

1. To send push notifications to the correct device based on the user's account, email domain, and device identification.
2. To load and manage user-defined email rules on the logged-in device.
3. To display a list of received alert events generated from matched emails.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Personal data is securely stored in a MySQL database on a cloud server environment. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and is deleted upon user request or service termination.

4. Data Sharing

The Company does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

However, limited data may be processed by essential service providers solely for core functionality, such as:

• Google OAuth (user authentication)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notification delivery)

5. User Data Deletion

User account data and alert data can be deleted by an administrator upon user request. User-defined rules can be deleted directly by the user within the application.

The Company applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access control and secure token handling, to protect personal data.
